We are closed on Monday 5th May and Monday 26th May.Orders placed after 3pm on the preceeding Fridays and throughout the weekends will not be despatched until the following Tuesdays at the earliest.
Delivery Charges - Our standard delivery charge can cost you as little as £4.95 to most parts of mainland United Kingdom.

- Your actual delivery charge will be confirmed at Checkout and orders of £45 (excluding delivery) or more will enjoy a discount on the delivery charge.
- By proceeding through the checkout you are agreeing to the delivery charge calculated at the checkout.

- Deliveries are shown in working days. Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays are not treated as working days for delivery purposes unless a Saturday delivery has been selected.
- Your delivery charge includes packaging.
Despatch of Goods
- Orders received before 3 p.m. on a weekday are normally dispatched on the same day subject to the size of the order and Wing Yip being able to collect payment.
- Orders received after 3 p.m. will be dispatched by 5 p.m. on the next working day.
- Our working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays and an order received after 3 p.m. on a Friday will normally be dispatched on the following Monday.
- While we will make every effort to deliver the goods by the date stated we cannot guarantee delivery on any particular day.
Delivery and Receipt of Goods
- Our carrier will deliver your order to the UK delivery address selected by you on your order. Someone (over the age of 18) must be present at the address to sign a receipt for the goods otherwise the carrier will leave a card, they will not leave the goods without a signature.
- You may arrange a second delivery on an agreed day or collect your goods from their depot.
- Please be aware that for security reasons some education establishments restrict the areas on campus that multi-drop carriers are allowed to deliver to. In these cases they will deliver to the campus post room.
- If you have not received a delivery, please Contact Us and quote your Order Reference Number.
- We always try to provide you with a response on the same or the next working day.
