• Click Go Shopping on the Online Store Menu to show the main product categories and their sub categories, choose a category.
• Products are laid out on shelves just like a real store.
  
• To view information about a product's use, ingredients etc, click on it.

• Chef Lin has created many Oriental recipes to enable you to prepare a meal to entertain your family and friends,
• These can be found in our Recipe Library which you can visit by clicking Recipe Library located on the Online Store Menu.

• Use the Search engine to find products or recipes. Type in the search criteria and click the Search button.

• You do not have to register to shop although registering does make future shopping trips easier.

• If you have registered, you can access My Account and view previous purchases from My Order History to easily select favourites or regular items.
  
• There are other benefits such as easy Checkouts and newsletters.

• A complete list of your purchases is displayed in the Your Shopping Cart section of the Menu.
  
• You can adjust quantities or delete items from your cart whilst always viewing your total spend.
  

• Confirm the details of your order and the total cost of your order.
• Complete your details and the delivery address.
• You must enter a valid POSTCODE for the "confirm order button" to appear
  
• View the final cost which now includes the chosen delivery charge.
  
• Specify if the order is being sent as a gift (if so add a message)
  
• Authorise payment for your order online with the HSBC e-payment site.
• Use one of our nominated credit or debit cards.
• Your order history will now be updated automatically
