Delivery Charges

We use FedEx as a courier to deliver all our goods.

We offer a variety of delivery options including Standard (2-3 working days), Next Day, as well as a number of premium services. You will have the facility to choose your delivery option when you confirm your order.

Below are UK mainland delivery costs for purchases up to 25Kg weight and under £250.00.*

Your actual delivery charge will be confirmed at checkout based on area codes supplied to us by FedEx and your destination postcode.  By proceeding through the checkout you are agreeing to the delivery charge calculated at the checkout.

Deliveries are shown in working days. If you choose the Standard Delivery option, the next working day after despatch is classed as Day One. Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays are not treated as working days for delivery purposes unless a Saturday delivery has been selected.  Your delivery charge includes packaging.

*Orders over £250.00 are subject to higher charges to account for additional postage and packing costs  attributable to orders of this size. Wing Yip Online Store reserves the right to review these delivery charges at any time on a per order basis.

Our courier also delivers overseas. Any orders placed where the destination country is not mainland UK (as defined by FedEx) will be treat as a QUOTE and you will be informed of the shipping costs once these have been obtained from FedEx.  These are subject to destination country, number or parcels and weight and are on a per order basis, we cannot give accurate costs until an order has been placed.

** Note these prices are subject to change as each order is priced individually with FedEx and packaging materials may change.

** Unfortunately at this time we are unable to delivery to United States of America due to the amount of documentation required by the Food & Drug Administration.

Despatch of Goods

Next day orders received before 3 p.m. on a weekday are normally dispatched on the same day subject to the size of the order and Wing Yip being able to collect payment.

Orders received after 3 p.m. will be dispatched by 5 p.m. on the next working day.

Our working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays and an order received after 3 p.m. on a Friday will normally be dispatched on the following Monday.

Currently we are unable to deliver to military bases. If you wish to place an order please use an alternative address.

While we will make every effort to deliver the goods by the date stated we cannot guarantee delivery on any particular day.

Delivery and Receipt of Goods

Our courier will deliver your order to the UK delivery address selected by you on your order. Someone (over the age of 18) must be present at the address to sign a receipt for the goods otherwise the carrier will leave a card, they WILL NOT leave the goods without a signature.

You may arrange a second delivery on an agreed day or collect your goods from their depot.

** Note: Please be aware that for security reasons some education establishments restrict the areas on campus that multi-drop carriers are allowed to deliver to. In these cases they will deliver to the campus postroom.
